#### Requirements
- CIDB contractor grading of 5 SQ or higher (mandatory).
- Compulsory briefing/clarification meeting attendance (09 September 2026, OR Tambo Parade Room).
- Tax/compliance: provide SARS PIN; offeror may submit TCS certificate or CSD number; separate TCS for each JV member.
- Submit bids on official forms (Original + 1 copy) plus electronic copy (USB); sealed envelopes; deposit in Bid Box B.
- Returnable documents and schedules as specified (Form of Offer and Acceptance, Schedule of Deviations, pricing and scope documents).
- Functionality evaluation (Stage 4): minimum 60/100 to progress; requires 3 similar projects for experience, 2 qualified welders, and 1 qualified supervisor; price and preference criteria apply thereafter.
