**REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE OF BOTHA’S POST (B6) STAFF ACCOMMODATION AT GREAT FISH RIVER NATURE RESERVE.** The Eastern Cape Parks & Tourism Agency invites tenders for CIDB 3GB or higher contractors to perform four months of on-site building maintenance and repairs, funded under World Bank/SA Wildlife Conservation Bond provisions. Compulsory briefing on site (09 Jun 2026) and submission by 30 Jun 2026.

#### Requirements
- CIDB: contractor grading designation 3GB or higher; valid CIDB certificate (JVs must meet CIDB rules). 
- Returnable documents: CIDB certificate, CSD registration, proof of CSD, Joint Venture Agreement if applicable, CK documents, ID certificates, Workman’s Compensation registration, tax compliance proof.
- Tax/civil: Tax compliance status (PIN) or CSD full registration; SARS verification; no persons in state service.
- Experience: evidence of at least three general building projects with value ≥ R1,000,000 each in past 5 years (with references, completion certificates, and location coordinates).
- Subcontracting: subcontracting requires ECPTA approval; provide CIDB certificates and CSD for subcontractors and indicate items to be subcontracted.
- Contracts/standards: JBCC Minor Works Agreement 5.3; General Conditions of Contract (2015); adherence to CIDB/SANS standards; occupational health and safety compliance.
- Insurance/guarantees: insurer undertaking for performance bond/guarantee if requested.
- Evaluation: four-stage process (Administrative, Technical, Price, Risk); lowest acceptable price wins after risk assessment.
