## Summary

#### Overview
**Repairs and renovations to Imizizi Clinic, Amadiba Clinic, St Patricks Gateway Clinic and OARTH in Alfred Nzo District are being procured as a building construction contract.** Bidders with CIDB grading 4GB, 3GB PE or higher and suitable personnel for repair/renovation works should participate; eight-month fixed construction period; contract under JBCC Edition 6.2/2018 with the Department of Public Works and Infrastructure.

#### Requirements

- Compliance: CSD registration and SARS tax clearance; POPIA consent; SBD 1, 4, 6.1 and Enterprise Questionnaire completed.  
- Documentation: complete Form of Offer and Acceptance; priced Bills of Quantities; project team CVs; joint venture resolutions where applicable.  
- Other: two-envelope not required; compulsory on-site briefing; insurer for performance bond; price in Rand, VAT shown separately; no alterations to documents except addenda.
