## Summary

#### Overview
**Repairs of the Traffic Department Offices in Khowa are being procured for completion by qualified building/maintenance contractors (CIDB grade 3 GB or higher).** Bidders should be eligible in construction/maintenance, meet tax and supplier pre-qualification requirements, and be prepared for an 80/20 evaluation with a 3-month contract period.

- Site team: Site Agent with 7+ years post-grad experience and relevant qualifications; CVs and site agent qualifications required.  
- Financial: original/certified bank rating letter showing minimum R500,000.00.  
- Experience: up to four recent similar projects (maintenance of buildings or similar).  
- Supporting documents: MBD forms (1–9), latest CSD, COIDA good standing, CIDB registration, certified ID copies, municipal accounts or proof of address/residence, JV agreement if applicable.  
- Specific goals (to earn up to 20 points): Youth-owned (6), Locality (10), Women-owned (4).  
- Tax/compliance: SARS PIN/TCS, CSD number if no TCS; VAT status; declarations of interest and independent bid determinations.
