- Fully complete RFQ with company on letterhead; submit per instructions.  
- Latest SARS Tax Clearance and/or tax compliance proof.  
- SANAS-accredited B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit for EME/QSE.  
- CSD registration (or MAQ number) and valid company registration documents.  
- CIDB registration: 1GB or higher (mandatory).  
- COIDA good standing; proof of registration with Department of Labour to handle asbestos (where applicable).  
- Two reference letters or completion certificates for similar works; CVs for key personnel.  
- ID copies of company directors.
