#### Overview
**Repairs, Renovations & Rehabilitation (RRR) of Grey Hospital** under a 36-month contract; CIDB Grade 9GB or higher General Building contractors with hospital renovation experience should bid (Tender Document). #### Requirements
- CIDB grading: 9GB or higher (or able to register prior to evaluation) in GB class; joint ventures allowed with lead partner 8GB+ and combined grade meeting requirements (CIDB/CRS) (Tender Data).  
- Active CIDB registration; returnable documents completed (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1), Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire, VAT/TCS/CSD compliance.  
- Proof of CSD registration and SARS tax compliance PIN; VAT status if VAT vendor; project references (minimum 3) with CVs for key staff; JV agreements if applicable.  
- 36-month contract terms under JBCC Edition 6.2 (2018); EPWP and SMME subcontracting targets (approx. 30%).  
- Health and safety compliance; SACPCMP registration for Construction OHS Officer; team qualifications (Contracts Manager, Site Agent, Foreman).  
- Tender validity 120 days; adherence to three-phase evaluation: Functionality, Administrative Compliance, Price & Preference (PPPFA 2022, 90/10).
