## Summary

#### Overview
**FHI 360 seeks a Repertoire of technical consultants to support its Bundibugyo virus disease (BVD) outbreak response in the Democratic Republic of the Congo; the roster targets senior specialists in molecular diagnostics, epidemiology, data management, logistics, EDS, biosafety, security and related fields.** The roster is intended for on‑demand expert support across multiple domains to strengthen diagnostic networks, laboratory quality, data use and field operations during the BVD response.

#### Requirements
- Master or higher in sciences (e.g., laboratory sciences, microbiology, molecular biology, public health, epidemiology, biomedical sciences, health systems, or related) with at least 8 years’ relevant experience. A bachelor’s degree plus significant experience and professional certifications may be considered for some roles.
- French required; English strongly preferred; local RDC language knowledge is an asset.
- Demonstrated experience in diagnostic networks, laboratory systems, infectious disease diagnostics, global health security, Ebola/epidemic response, and support to national/subnational laboratories and donors; ability to operate in resource-limited, high-pressure environments and to deploy to DRC.
- Certifications/qualifications in laboratory quality management, biosafety/biosafety, biological risk management, laboratory accreditation, auditing, or related fields are advantageous.
- Willingness to be deployed on short/long-term assignments, travel within DRC, and adherence to FHI 360 security and biosafety requirements.
