**Procurement of design, production, storage, setup and breakdown of a modular stand to promote Joburg at various tourism platforms, for an 18-month contract.** Bidders with capabilities in modular stand design/fabrication, storage/logistics, on-site installation, and experience in event/promotional stands, should bid. Relevant certifications and registrations (CIDB, tax, B-BBEE) are required.

#### Requirements
- CIDB registration (registered bidder with a CIDB number).  
- Tax compliance: SARS Tax Clearance Pin/TCC, CSD registration, and VAT status as applicable.  
- B-BBEE status and supporting verification (certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs).  
- Insurance for the modular stand and a storage facility acceptable at award; valid structural certificate.  
- Compliance with Municipal SCM regulations, anti-corruption provisions, and disclosure of subcontracting if any.  
- Provision for on-site installation, commissioning, and warranty obligations as outlined in the contract.
