#### Overview
**Procurement of facilitation services for a Strategic Risk Assessment Workshop (emergency) at the University of Fort Hare.** The assignment covers one-day facilitation for an Extended Management Team to identify, analyze and prioritize strategic risks, produce a risk register and heat map, and deliver a workshop report, with pre-work and post-work deliverables. The scope and competencies are defined in the UFH TOR (UFH_Strategic_Risk_Workshop_TOR.pdf). The proposed date is 13 October 2026 at the East London Campus, with about 35 participants.

#### Requirements
- Extensive Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) experience and strategic risk assessment facilitation expertise; lead facilitator with professional risk designation (e.g., IRMSA/IIA or equivalent).
- Evidence package: detailed CVs, proof of the lead facilitator’s designation, at least three contactable references for comparable high-level workshops in the last five years, and a redacted sample of a deliverable (e.g., risk register/workshop report).
- Ability to produce deliverables as per TOR: Pre-Workshop Assessment, Structured Workshop Programme, Facilitation of risk identification/analysis/prioritization, Risk Register, Heat Map, Workshop Report and Appendices.
- Compliance and governance: registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), original Tax Clearance Certificate, BBBEE Certificate or sworn affidavit.
- Confidentiality, stakeholder management, and reporting alignment with UFH governance structures.
