## Summary

#### Overview
**The SIU invites quotes for provisioning of catering services for a two-day event (12–13 August 2026) in Cape Town, Western Cape.** Suitable bidders are catering providers with a valid food premises health certificate, CSD and SARS tax status, BBBEE documentation, and relevant reference catering work.

#### Requirements
- Proof of CSD Summary report and compliant tax status
- Valid health certificate for food premises
- At least one reference letter for similar catering work

- BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (for 80/20 scoring)
- Fully completed RFQ including SBD4 and SBD6.1
- Pricing schedule reflecting VAT-inclusive pricing
