## Summary

#### Overview
**The CCMA seeks a service provider to design, edit and layout its Annual Report 2025/26.** Eligible bidders are firms with graphic design, editing and multi-media production expertise, able to provide a detailed project plan, client references, and qualified personnel; must be registered on CSD, and provide a fixed total price including taxes. Deliverables are due by 31 August 2026, with a 90-day quotation validity.

#### Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in graphic design, communications or multimedia production; attach company profile.  
- Provide 5 contactable references (letters) for similar work within 5 years.  
- Submit a detailed project plan (timelines, risks, resources).  
- Provide CVs for Project Manager, Graphic Designer, and Editor.  
- Proof of ownership (founding docs, owner IDs, disability proof if applicable).  
- Bidders must be registered on CSD.  
- 196–210 page AR; include 3 design concepts; deliver open design file and website-ready formats; quality assurance.  
- Price must be a fixed amount including all taxes; include Annexure A (Pricing Schedule) and SBD4/SBD6.1 forms (for compliance and preferences).  
- Minimum 70/100 in Phase 1 functionality to proceed to price evaluation.

- Format: quotations on official letterhead; total fixed price including taxes; include Annexure A, SBD4, SBD6.1 (RQN00000219124).  
- Attachments to include: company profile; 5 reference letters; detailed project plan; CVs for Project Manager, Graphic Designer and Editor; proof of ownership docs (founding docs, IDs, disability proof); CSD registration.
