- Administrative/compliance: registration on CSD or SARS PIN; complete SBD4, SBD1, POPIA consent form; submit SBD6.1 preference points form.
- Deliverables and service scope: deliver 20 hours of desktop/network/server support per month; weekly system health checks; 60 onsite days per year (08:00–17:00) on need; must have presence or partnership in Gauteng for ad hoc Gauteng Office support.
- Compliance and evaluation: bid responses evaluated under PPPFA 2022; include price and specific goals; BBEE/HDI and RDP locality goals claimed with appropriate proof.
