## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of a service provider to render water conservation educational programmes within the green industries.** Bidders with experience in Water Wise education, printing/production of educational materials, training delivery, event coordination, translation (English/Sesotho/Isizulu), and digital content creation should bid. The contract runs at least 24 months, requires SAGIC affiliation, and partnerships with SANA, SALI, TGMA, ILASA, plus regional activity across Rand Water areas.

#### Requirements
- Affiliation with SAGIC; ability to collaborate with SAGIC-associated bodies (SANA, SALI, TGMA, ILASA).  
- Capability to generate and print educational materials: booklets, z-folders, posters/sign boards, in English, Sesotho, and Isizulu; environmentally friendly papers; InDesign files for Rand Water editing.  
- Delivery of training interventions (up to 3 hours) across multiple sites, plus certificates of attendance.  
- Development of signs/posters (A2/A2 ABS) and region-specific content; translation and distribution within Rand Water area.  
- Coordination of design competitions and awards (SALI/ILASA/ILASA), garden designs, and SAGIC awards; live streaming and media coverage.  
- Production of 12 social-media topics per year and 2 x 60-second video clips (plus 30-second cuts); ownership of IP and delivery of digital assets.  
- Ability to provide references (Returnable Schedules) and demonstrate prior similar work; compliance with procurement rules (no state officers bidding, official bid forms, etc.).
