**Request for Accreditation (RFA) to refresh the panel of recruitment agencies for a period aligned with the existing contract (3 years).** Suitable bidders are recruitment agencies capable of non-executive recruitment/placement (permanent, fixed-term, temporary), with experience in Banking/Financial Services/Insurance, e-recruitment systems, and comprehensive pre-employment checks (plus BBBEE considerations) for Land Bank and related entities (RFA document T09-08-26).

#### Requirements
- Mandatory membership in a recognized body (APSO or equivalent) (T09-08-26).  
- Compliance documents: SARS good standing, CSD registration, SBD1, SBD4, and signed declarations; no conflicts of interest (T09-08-26).  
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN or Tax Clearance; CSD if no TCS PIN (T09-08-26).  
- Demonstrated experience: recruiting in Banking/Financial Services/Insurance; e-recruitment system experience; evidence via client letters (T09-08-26).  
- Ability to conduct pre-employment checks and provide reporting on candidate mapping (T09-08-26).  
- Acceptable commercial terms: adherence to PPPFA scoring (80/20 or 90/10) and a Service Level Agreement (Annex G) if shortlisted (T09-08-26; Annex G SLA).
