**Procurement of audit services to perform agreed-upon procedures on MPP grants issued to the SAMRC for 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 (R8.2 million total).** Bidders should be a registered SA Auditor/Audit Firm with experience in grant audits and agreed-upon procedures, to be conducted at the SAMRC office in Parow, Cape Town. Submission deadline: 10 July 2026 at 10:00; audit completion deadline: 31 July 2026.

#### Requirements
- Must be a Registered Auditor or Audit Firm in South Africa.
- Experience with agreed-upon procedures and grant/audit work, preferably for Medicines Patent Pool (MPP) grants.
- Access to and ability to review audit documents: Questionnaire, Income and Expenditure Statement, and GL (as referenced in RFQ00100221094 SPEC.docx).
- Availability to perform fieldwork at SAMRC Parow office and meet the 31 July 2026 audit deadline.
- Submit via the SAMRC procurement portal by the stated deadline.
