#### Overview

#### Requirements
- Pre-qualification and registrations

- Technical/space qualifications
  - Office space approx. 530 m² with 30 parking bays; building graded B to A; proof of ownership or approved management/sublet arrangement; approved building plans; occupancy certificate; electrical/plumbing certificates; tenant installation and beneficial occupation provisions; disability access and associated facilities. - Compliance and contracting
  - Sign up to Government Procurement GCC and Special Conditions; provide all mandatory returnables (SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1) and evidence for preferences; consent to data processing under POPIA; adherence to all bid conditions and potential site/financial diligence. (Annexure 5B)
- Evaluation prerequisites
  - Demonstrate location and suitability via technical functionality criteria; attend non-compulsory briefing; site inspection as part of Stage 4; adhere to 60% minimum thresholds in functionality. (Annexure 1)
