## Summary

#### Overview
**Establishment of a transversal contract for the provision of Ethernet switches (LAN), Wireless LAN, routers (WAN), backhaul, structured cabling (copper and fibre-optic) and related services for five years.** Target bidders are ICT suppliers with OEM accreditation in networking categories, capable of design, supply, installation, integration, maintenance and support, and who can meet SITA/MIOS and local service standards.

#### Requirements
- Accredited OEM partner or reseller for the selected product categories; provide OEM accreditation letters (Annex A/ Annex B) and evidence for at least 24 months.
- Compliance with MIOS and SITA product certification; maintain MOA with OEMs; ensure local SA after-sales support.
- Demonstrated experience: at least one customer in the last 3 years for the relevant service categories.
- Regional participation: indicate regions and provide proof of operating addresses (Annex C); complete OEM/Regional schedules.
- Administrative and legal: register on National Treasury’s CSD; provide SARS Tax PIN/TCS; accept GCC and SCC; accept conditions of contract and provide required disclosures (SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1).
