## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of a maintenance and support contract for the Osis Server Hardware and NMS Server Hardware and Software for a period of five years.** Suitable for OEMs or accredited OS/software resellers/partners, hardware service providers, and integrators with Red Hat OS maintenance capabilities; bidders must be registered on the National Treasury’s CSD and hold SARS tax/compliance status.

#### Requirements
- OEM or accredited with the OEM to supply servers; provide proof (letter/certificate) not older than 12 months.  
- OEM/OSM accreditation to provide Red Hat Operating System Software; provide proof not older than 12 months.  
- Experience: at least one customer for server hardware supply, support and maintenance in the last 3 years; include reference letters with details.  
- Accept and be able to sign the Government GCC and the Special Conditions of Contract (SCC).  
- Tax compliance: register on CSD; provide SARS Tax Compliance PIN or TCS; include with bid.  
- Subcontracting allowed with disclosures as applicable; and Bidder must meet all mandatory technical requirements (Stage 2).
