#### Requirements
- OEM accreditation as Cisco Collaboration Partner and Network Partner with proof to Annex A
- Prior experience: supplied/installed/maintained Cisco voice and data for at least one customer in the last 5 years, with referee details (reference letters in Annex A)
- Registration and compliance: B-BBEE status, CSD registration, SARS Tax Compliance Status PINs, and separate PINs for consortium/subcontractors if applicable
- Administrative and technical readiness: sign the GCC/SCC, accept Special Conditions of Contract, provide required returnable documents, and be able to deliver and support for 36 months
- Mandatory briefing attendance and online submission through the SITA ERP portal; price and performance requirements as per the bid documents
