## Summary

#### Overview
**RFB for the renewal of Varonis software licenses and Managed Data Detection and Response (MDDR) services for 36 months.** This procurement targets Varonis licensing and MDDR delivery across Land Bank’s Microsoft 365 and on‑prem environments; suitable for OEMs, accredited resellers or distributors of Varonis with proven partnership status (see T07/06/26 RFB).

 Potential bidders should have cybersecurity/data‑governance capability and be prepared to coordinate with the OEM for licensing and MDDR delivery (see Annexure G SLA).

#### Requirements
- OEM/OSM or Accredited Reseller/Partner/Distributor of Varonis (proof required).  
- Pricing proposal for 36 months.  
- Non‑mandatory documents: SARS good standing, CSD registration, SBD1, SBD4, Annexure I (SBD 6.1), BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.  
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS status; if applicable, CSD number; compliance for consortia.  
- Compliance with PPPFA 2022, with 80/20 or 90/10 scoring; BBEE disclosure.  
- Confidentiality agreement and POPI/FICA readiness (KYC documentation in Annexure D).  
- Service Level Agreement to be signed (see ANNEXURE G SLA).  
- No price increase for the contract duration; pricing must cover all deliverables (see pricing schedule).  
- Bidder must be free from disqualifying conflicts and not be a “Service of the State” entity.
