#### Requirements

- Fully completed and signed Form of Offer (C1.1) and Pricing Schedule (NEC3)
- Two reference letters from customers for electrical spares
- Warranties from manufacturers
- SBD forms: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN; Tax Compliance Status (TCS) via SARS e-filing or printed TCS; CSD number if no TCS
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and VAT registration
- Confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements
- Declaration of Interest/PEP form and BBBEE documentation or affidavit
- Compliance with confidentiality, security vetting if required, and related CCSA terms
- Validity of information for contract period: 120 working days
