#### Requirements
- Attend the compulsory briefing on 28 September 2026 (via Microsoft Teams); site inspection is non-compulsory (see the bid documents).
- Complete and submit the Form of Offer (Part C1) and the Pricing/BOQ (Part C2) as specified in the NEC3 contract document.
- Achieve a minimum functionality score of 75/100 in Stage 2 (Company experience, resources, personnel qualifications, data sheets).
- Provide mandatory returnable documents: SBD forms, Confidentiality Agreement, BBBEE, VAT/CSD, tax PIN, identity docs, and related disclosures (including PEP/DPIP declarations).
- Submit data sheets proving product specifications and SABS/approval where required.
- Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN or CSD number; ensure tax affairs are in order (as per 2.1–2.6 in the terms).
- Evaluation includes a 80/20 price/preference split for bids up to R50m, with specific B-BBEE and other preference criteria (see bidding documents).
