## Summary

#### Overview
**The NHBRC seeks information on a fully customizable digital platform and ERP solution to modernise its core regulatory and back-office processes.** Suitable service providers, technology vendors, and OEMs/OSMs are invited to respond to inform market options, architectures, implementation approaches, and indicative costs for a future RFP.

#### Requirements
- Fully integrated, scalable platform covering Core Regulatory and Back-office processes (Registration, Renewal, Competent Person Management, Enrolment, Inspection, Complaints/Conciliation, Remedial, Centre for Housing Innovation, Enforcement/Legal, Builder Grading; Finance, HR, SCM, EAM, PPPM, SHE, Facilities, Strategy/M&E) with workflow-driven digitisation and 360-degree entity views.
- Technical architecture and security: low-code/no-code capabilities, mobile/offline inspections, digital signatures, built-in ECM, cloud/on-prem/hybrid options, scalable high availability, and a scalable integration layer; strong security (RBAC, MFA, audit trails) and POPIA compliance; data management with real-time BI and NHBRC Data Lake integration.
- Compliance and supplier qualifications: adherence to PFMA/MFMA, PPPFA, BBBEE, PAIA/PAJA, etc.; OEM/OSM accreditation proof; minimum references (3 clients, >600 users, solutions in active use for ≥5 years); end-to-end implementation approach and a detailed indicative cost/provisioning model; availability to present/demonstrate.
