#### Overview
**This Request for Information seeks information from suppliers on the design, supply and capability to deliver tea and coffee flasks for onboard use on South African Airways flights.** The RFI aims to gather market information on new flask designs, materials, branding, lead times and packaging compatibility to support domestic, regional and international operations (RFI-GSM002/2026).

#### Requirements
- Food-grade materials, suitable for airline and industrial catering; dishwasher safe; withstand at least 5,000 dishwasher cycles.
- Each item and its components (including lids) must be numbered; tea and coffee flasks must be clearly distinguishable by color or labeling.
- Must fit within the Atlas silver bin: approx 410 mm L x 260 mm W x 265 mm H; reference dimensions ~226 mm L x 127 mm W x 151 mm H; weight ~0.548 kg.
- Branding placement options, labeling, colours; use Roboto Condensed Bold font where applicable.
- Supply in uniform make, colour and finish; samples, production capacity, lead times, delivery options, indicative pricing, warranty, spare parts and after-sales support.
- Suppliers should provide drawings/images, dimensions, materials, finishes, colours and lead times; confirm compliance and suitability for airline catering (RFI-GSM002/2026).
