#### Overview
**REQUEST FOR INFORMATION to source Tariff Modelling Tool solutions for calculating TCTA's tariff receivable and related financial modelling.** The RFI invites software vendors and service providers with tariff modelling/financial modelling capabilities, cloud hosting experience, and integration skills (Windows Server, GRAP reporting) to share how their tool can meet TCTA’s needs.

#### Requirements
- Technical: hosting option (cloud/on-prem/SaaS), solution architecture diagrams, prerequisites, security, backup/disaster recovery, OS requirements, and Windows Server compatibility; API/integration with Treasury Management, Financial Management, Supply Chain Management and Human Capital Management; scalability; database type.
- Functional: automated Tariff Receivable, Interest Income, Present Values, current/non-current balances, debt balances, funding analysis, audit document uploads, and advanced features (goal seek, sensitivity, scenario modelling); alignment with Excel model structure; configurable to project needs (e.g., AMD/VRS).
- Compliance/evaluation: accreditation info for company and personnel; training and documentation; support/maintenance details and SLAs; pricing model with all costs; supplier vetting.
- Documentation: returnables include a Functional Business Proposal; SBD1, BBBEE certificate/sworn affidavit, and an evaluation pricing schedule (non-mandatory).
