#### Overview
**This RFI seeks market information on integrated banking services for the Competition Commission of South Africa for a five-year period.** Vendors with banking and treasury capabilities and ERP integration experience (notably with SAGE X3 and SAGE 300) should consider responding to inform potential procurement options and system fit.

#### Requirements
- Mandatory: Proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) (see RFI document 1.1) (RFI03-2026-2027 PDF).
- Demonstrate integrated banking services that can interface with the CCSA ERP environment and support high-volume processing.
- Integration methods: Host-to-host, API (REST/SOAP), SFTP, batch (CSV/XML/ISO 20022), web portals.
- Functional capabilities: EFT file upload, real-time/near real-time processing, bulk processing (min 4000 per batch), payment scheduling, automated validation and rejection handling.
- Collections/receipting: automatic ERP feed, deposit identifiers, support multiple revenue streams (grants, penalties, interest).
- Bank statement integration and reconciliation: daily statement uploads, real-time balances, 12 months data, MT940/CAMT formats; automated reconciliation with audit trails across primary, payroll and call accounts.
- Security/compliance: MFA, RBAC, segregation of duties; end-to-end encryption; POPIA compliance; PFMA/National Treasury alignment; full audit trails.
- Performance: 30–50 transactions per run; high availability; scalable, real-time processing.
- Implementation/transition: detailed plan, milestones, 12 months data migration, testing (UAT), training for up to 20 users.
