**The RFI seeks information to identify Cloud and Edge Computing deployment and cybersecurity architectures for NTCSA OT environments.** Vendors with OT/cloud/edge experience in power utilities, including cybersecurity, system integration (SCADA/EMS/DMS), and compliance with SA data governance, should consider responding.

#### Requirements
- Demonstrated OT Cloud/Edge deployments for power utilities, with real-time performance and high availability.
- Ability to integrate with OT protocols and digital substations (e.g., IEC 61850, IEC 60870-5-101/104, DNP3, Modbus) and legacy OT equipment (integration capabilities).
- Security/compliance capabilities: IAM, Zero-Trust, encryption, threat monitoring, patch management; alignment with data residency in SA and frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-82, POPIA, MISS, IEC 62443.
- Architecture options and workload placement criteria for cloud-edge-onprem environments; low-latency support for grid control.
- Data governance: partitioning across edge/cloud; real-time vs batch analytics strategies.
