## Summary

#### Overview
**This Request for Information seeks market input to inform a feasibility study for the redevelopment, rehabilitation and long-term operation of the Telkom Towers Complex in Pretoria CBD under a potential PPP.** Industry participants with asset rehabilitation, government accommodation, PPP advisory, heritage refurbishment and life-cycle facilities management expertise should consider responding.

#### Requirements
- Proven experience in asset rehabilitation/adaptive reuse and, ideally, PPPs involving accommodation or brownfield sites.
- Ability to provide high-level, non-binding input aligned to NTR 16 PPP processes, GIAMA, PFMA and related governance.
- Competence in heritage-sensitive refurbishment, OHSA/compliance, building regulations and environmental/heritage due diligence.
- Capability to address lifecycle O&M concepts, risk transfer and Value for Money considerations.
