#### Overview
**The Road Accident Fund seeks information on a secure, cloud-enabled Work Productivity Tool Solution to be configured, implemented, maintained and supported for 36 months.** Providers with an off-the-shelf productivity analytics/workforce analytics tool, public-sector deployment experience, cloud hosting, strong privacy controls, and integration with Microsoft 365, HR systems, ITSM, Jira/Azure DevOps should consider responding. #### Requirements
- Demonstrated capability to configure, implement, maintain and support a 36-month Work Productivity Tool Solution.
- Off-the-shelf, cloud-enabled solution able to measure productivity via activity metrics, analytics, dashboards, and governance, with privacy safeguards.
- Integrations with Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, Entra ID, HR systems, ITSM/PM tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) and reporting platforms.
- Privacy-by-design, RBAC, data minimisation, configurable thresholds, transparent governance, and compliance with South African law and RAF governance.
- Real-time/historical analytics, configurable reporting, alerts, and management dashboards; data retention controls.
- Data onboarding/integration readiness; API-based or supported integration with cloud/on-prem systems.
- Security and continuity: encryption at rest/in transit, certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2 or equivalent), MFA, DR/BCP, backups, auditability, and disaster recovery.
- Focus on user-centric productivity insights, with focus-time vs. collaboration analysis and human-centric interpretation.
- Phased delivery capability; reference implementations in public-sector SA within the last 6 years.
- Clear acceptance criteria, risk disclosures, and implementation methodology.
