#### Requirements
Respondents should provide: location(s) in the Empangeni area; total rentable office area, configuration and whether it can be subdivided or expanded; availability date and current occupancy; parking (numbers/types); security arrangements; potential alterations/tenant installations and funding; willingness to enter a lease of roughly four to five years; non-binding indicative base rent (ZAR/m2 or total per month) excluding VAT; indicative operating costs, deposits, escalation, and other material commercial assumptions; any factors that could affect participation; and any other information to aid NTCSA in future sourcing.
