## Summary

#### Overview
**This RFI is to gather information for an Enterprise Project Controls solution and an Enterprise Asset Management (CMMS) solution.** It targets vendors with capabilities in project controls and CMMS, preferably SaaS, with integration to existing TCTA systems, strong security (MFA, RBAC, encryption) and implementation experience for bulk water infrastructure projects.

#### Requirements
- Information on commercially available Enterprise Project Controls and CMMS solutions meeting the described objectives (project planning, budgeting, cost control, forecasting, portfolio visibility; asset register, work orders, preventive/corrective/predictive maintenance, spare parts, mobile maintenance, inspections, reporting).
- Technical capabilities: SaaS/on-premises/hybrid options; architecture, security, MFA, RBAC, encryption, audit trails; API/integration with TCTA systems; data migration, backups, disaster recovery.
- Training, implementation approach, post-implementation support, SLAs, and pricing commitments.
- Compliance: BBBEE requirements (SANAS-certified certificate or compliant affidavit for EMEs/QSEs); Stage 1 returnables and company vetting.
- Returnables include: technical/functional descriptions, company profile and accreditations, personnel, training approach, support approach, indicative pricing.
