#### Requirements
- Eligible, registered service provider and listed in the National Treasury Central Supplier Database.
- Not on National Treasury Restricted Suppliers or Tender Defaulters lists.
- Provide a proposal detailing how the hybrid model would be undertaken, plus:
  - years of RAF experience; team CVs; organogram showing proposed resources; LPC-admitted attorneys.
  - disclosure of conflicts of interest and any prior RAF-related findings.
- Pricing: propose a fixed cost per matter for a 3-year contract, covering defined duties; exclude advocate fees, expert witnesses, post-judgment work.
- Fidelity Fund Certificate for the firm (proof required).
