## Summary

#### Overview
**RFI for IP telephony and unified communications to modernise Sasria’s voice, collaboration and customer interaction capabilities.** Sasria seeks qualified service providers with demonstrated expertise in IP telephony, unified communications and, where applicable, contact centre solutions to inform on technologies, deployment models, capabilities and implementation approaches. The current environment is Avaya-based with ACCS, and the goal is a modern, resilient, secure solution that supports office, hybrid and remote work, mobility and customer engagement. 

#### Requirements
- Proven expertise in IP telephony, unified communications and contact centre solutions.
- Ability to describe architecture and deployment models (on-prem, cloud, hybrid) and migration approaches (minimal business disruption, Avaya migration).
- Core telephony capabilities: extensions, inbound/outbound, hunt groups, auto attendant, IVR, voicemail, call forwarding/transfer/pickup, queues, conferencing, directory.
- UC capabilities: softphones, presence, messaging, collaboration, voicemail-to-email, mobility; support for hybrid/remote work.
- End-user devices and lifecycle: IP handsets, conference phones, analogue support, softphones, mobile clients; SIP endpoint compatibility.
- Contact centre features: ACD, skills-based routing, call recording, QM, supervisors, wallboards, reports, WFM, omnichannel if available.
- Integrations: MS 365/Teams, AD, CRM platforms, service management tools, SIP trunk, SBC; available APIs/connectors.
- Security/compliance: encryption, IAM, audit logs, RBAC, fraud prevention, data residency, backups, certifications.
- Resilience/BCP: redundancy, failover, DR, site survivability, monitoring, SLAs.
- Implementation/migration: discovery, design, number porting, testing, training, cutover, post-implementation support; migrate from Avaya with minimal disruption.
- Phased/modular adoption; training and knowledge transfer for admins, support, supervisors, agents, end users.
- Pricing: provide an indication of costing (via Pricing Schedule).
