- Compliance with the technical specifications in Specifications.pdf for outdoor wellness equipment and space. 
- Ability to supply installation, sub-base, drainage, safety surfacing, and ongoing maintenance as part of the project. 
- Adhere to UFH SCM policy; price evaluation follows 80/20 or 90/10 rules; price validity 90 days.
