#### Overview
**RFQ to appoint a MERSETA/QCTO/NAMB-accredited Assessment/Trade Test Centre/s to conduct pre-assessment, gap closure, trade test preparation and trade testing on Artisan Recognition of Prior Learning (ARPL) for 2 Motor Mechanic candidates.** Open to service providers with ARPL/trade-testing accreditation and relevant Motor Mechanic expertise; issued by the Automotive Industry Development Centre (AIDC).

#### Requirements
- Proof of accreditation as an Assessment/Trade Test Centre with MerSETA/QCTO/NAMB for Motor Mechanic.  
- CVs of the Trade Test Assessor and Trade Test Moderator (3+ years’ Motor Mechanic trade testing experience).  
- Mandatory admin: SARS PIN, valid BBBEE affidavit/certificate, SBD 6.1 (preferences) and SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest).  
- CSD registration (active status) on National Treasury database.  
- Fully completed Pricing Schedule and firm unit rates per candidate (two candidates) for: pre-assessment, gap closure, trade test preparation, and trade testing.  
- POPIA consent for processing personal data.  
- Signed Integrity Pact (Annexure A).  
- Proof of BBEE status/affidavit to claim specific-goal points; supporting documents for SBD 6.1.  
- Note: CIDB/Safety File requirements apply if construction-related services arise (as referenced in the RFQ).
