#### Requirements
- Items required: 1× LG 56L Neochef Microwave (MS5696HIT or equivalent); 6 packs Consol Glass Glasgow Hiball Tumblers 400ml (4-pack each); 4× stainless steel cutlery sets (24-piece per set).  
- All goods must be new, unused, fit for purpose, and delivered as ordered.  
- Deliver to the NLC FS Welkom delivery address, packaging protected in transit, with a delivery note.  
- Replace any damaged/defective/incorrect items at no cost within the agreed period. No deliveries before official purchase order.  
- Supplier reports to the NLC representative; NLC will inspect against PO/specs and raise discrepancies for rectification at no cost.  
- Compliance: 80/20 PPPFA evaluation; CSD registration; SARS tax compliance; BBBEE (certificate or sworn affidavit); SBDs; POPIA consent; CIPC registrations.
