- Submit corporate/partnership documentation (certificate of incorporation or equivalent) and valid tax compliance status (SARS PIN) plus UIF/other compliance where applicable. 
- Be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) with full records. 
- Provide BBBEE documentation (certificate or sworn affidavit) and meet locality requirements; meet local area supply and related proof (rates, lease, or authority). 
- Demonstrate proven ERP implementation experience with three client references (letters, not just appointment letters) within five years; show capability to deliver across the ERP scope. 
- Confirm ability to deliver extended training, data migration, system integration, minimal customization, and post-implementation support; ISO 11799:2015 accreditation for records/document management is preferred.
