**Procurement of consultancy services to undertake a countrywide road inventory and condition survey for Kenya’s National Trunk Roads Lot 1 (West); open to eligible firms or Joint Ventures (QCBS).** This is a Nairobi-based, road-asset-management assignment requiring proven capability in road data collection, GIS mapping, and condition surveying.

#### Requirements

- Technical capability: verifiable availability of specialized road condition data acquisition hardware (DRIMS profiling equipment with calibration certificates, high-precision GPS/GIS data logging, forward-facing imaging) and evidence of ownership or compliant lease for the contract duration. 
- JV terms: if bidding as a Joint Venture, comply with Data Sheet limits (lead member, max number of members) and seek Competition Authority exemption as a contract condition of award.
- Ethics and governance: adherence to anti-corruption provisions; allow Government audit of procurement records.
