#### Overview
**The procurement is the appointment of a panel of up to three service providers to provide internal audit assurance, advisory, and related services to the SAA Group for a period of three years.** It seeks professional-services firms with internal-audit, risk-management, governance, IT-audit, and data-analytics capabilities to support SAA’s internal audit function, in line with PFMA/PPPFA and BBBEE requirements, across SAA Group locations.

#### Requirements
- Minimum five years of continuous internal audit and/or related assurance services; provide CIPC registration, company profile, and evidence of engagements.
- Independence declaration; not blacklisted by National Treasury or SAGA.
- Qualifications, memberships and certifications for key personnel (CIA/CA(SA) and active memberships in IIA/SAICA) with CVs; proof of certifications.
- Demonstrated leadership, governance, delivery capacity, and peak-season resource planning to cover the SAA Group across locations; access to IT audit, data analytics, cyber security, and other specialist expertise.
- Use of IPPF-aligned methodologies; end-to-end audit process with reporting to governance forums; TeamMate knowledge; ownership of IP and confidentiality.
