- Compliance with SA procurement rules: SARS Tax Clearance (original), VAT registration, and Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; capacity to provide performance security as required.
- Willingness to adhere to General Conditions of Contract (GCC) and Special Conditions (SCC), including submission on official bid forms and other bid-document requirements.
