#### Overview
**Appointment of a panel of service providers on an as-and-when basis for the maintenance, supply, delivery and servicing of fibre materials for 36 months in the KwaZulu-Natal region.** PRASA seeks proposals to establish a panel of providers with fibre materials handling capabilities for the KZN region.

#### Requirements
- Registered legal entity eligible to bid
- Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and tax compliant (TCS/PIN/CSD where applicable)
- Capable of complying with the RFP terms and submitting required documentation
- Attend the compulsory briefing (14 October 2026, 10:00, PRASA KZN, 65 Masabalala Yengwa Ave, Greyville) or be disqualified
- Proposals may be negotiated via Best and Final Offer (BAFO) if necessary; adherence to PRASA terms and conditions

- Attend the compulsory briefing on 14 October 2026 at 10:00 at PRASA KZN; include a Briefing Certificate/Form D with the proposal
