#### Requirements
- 36-month fixed lease with potential renewal; one-month set-up at no cost if required. 
- Premises near Groenkloof/ Pretoria diplomatic precinct; total minimum 120 m2; 3 offices of ~12 m2 each; boardroom for up to 15; reception, kitchen, ablutions; dedicated/shared options; ground floor preferred; 6 parking bays; accessible and secure.
- Infrastructure: access control, 24-hour access, fibre/5G internet, backup power, power points; CCTV and security; branding/signage rights.
- Evidence and certifications: SAPOA certificate; building compliance certificates (electrical, occupancy, water, fire safety, annual emergency equipment service); valid business insurance.
- Tax and supplier status: SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) or CSD registration; Central Supplier Database registration; complete mandatory bid forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1) and N/A documentation.
