## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of professional services for Gas-to-Power Trigeneration Plants at OR Tambo, King Shaka & Cape Town International Airports through an open bid process for 5 years.** This RFP invites qualified professional engineering service providers across Civil, Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical/Fire & Processing engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Environmental & Health and Safety to deliver stage 1–6 services under an NEC3 Professional Services Contract (PSC) framework. #### Requirements
- NEC3 PSC framework and related contract data apply. 
- Bidders must attend at least one compulsory briefing at the nearest airport (KSIA, CTIA, or ORTIA). (COR8138/2026/RFP) 
- Bid responses due 17 November 2026 at 12:00; submissions by hand to the Airport tender box as specified. 
- Tax/compliance: provide SARS PIN for TCS verification or a CSD number; separate TCS for consortium members. 
- Annual BEE certificate requirement; professional indemnity and liability insurance as per contract terms.
- Documentation in the official bid forms and acceptance of NEC3 PSC terms; include Schedule of Deviations if any. (COR8138/2026/RFP)
