#### Overview
**The SACAA invites bids to design, implement, and report a comprehensive Reputation Index Survey (RIS) to measure SACAA’s reputation among key stakeholders and the general public.** Suitable bidders are research service providers with proven experience in stakeholder perception/reputation surveys, capable of mixed-methods data collection (online, telephonic, face-to-face, focus groups) and advanced analysis (descriptive, correlational, regression, benchmarking) while complying with POPIA.

#### Requirements
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration with supplier number; SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 completed and signed.
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN/CSD number; Tax Compliance Status (TCS) where applicable.
- BBBEE: valid BBBEE verification certificate or sworn affidavit.
- Submission must include CVs and qualifications for at least three team members; project lead with 5–8+ years’ relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting stakeholder/reputation surveys; reference letters required (3–5 letters = 20 points; >5 = 30 points).
- Technical proposal detailing approach, methodology, work plan, staffing, and deliverables; project plan with timelines.
- Data privacy: POPIA compliance; SACAA ownership of data and final deliverables.
- Competitive pricing with 90-day price validity; adherence to 80/20 evaluation (price 80, specific goals 20).
