## Summary

#### Overview
- **The RFP seeks the supply and delivery of coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, sweetener and specialty teas for SAA Inflight Services.** The contract covers a three-year period and targets beverage suppliers capable of providing onboard coffee, tea and accompaniments (sugar, sweeteners, milk portions) meeting airline standards (premium African-origin coffee/tea where possible).

- COIDA Letter of Good Standing
- Completion of the SAA pricing schedule (SBD 3.1) and other mandatory SBDs (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD7.1, SBD8)
- Vendor information with CSD registration details
- Compliance with format and documentation as per Part 1–11 of the RFP (Information Schedule, Bid Conditions, Scope, Evaluation Criteria, etc.)
- Optional: samples and tasting if shortlisted (after functionality threshold)
