#### Overview
**Prince Albert Municipality invites proposals for the disposal and development of municipal immovable property: Erven RE16/55; RE38/55 and RE42/55, Leeu-Gamka.** This is an open RFP aimed at bidders with real estate development, property development, architectural/engineering and related capabilities. #### Requirements

- Functionality/quality scoring: must meet minimum scores as indicated in the tender; non-responsive if below threshold. 
- Complete and sign MBD forms: MBD 1, MBD 2, MBD 4, MBD 5, MBD 6.1, MBD 7.x, MBD 8, MBD 9, MBD 15, and E-Tender Declaration; include pricing schedule (MBD 3.1). 
- Ensure bidding documents are sealed and submitted in the tender box; late or unmarked bids are disqualified. 
- Bids may be rejected if not compliant with SCM policies, and no bids from state servants.
