#### Requirements

- Submit tax compliance details (PIN/TCS) or CSD number; if in a consortium, each party must provide its own TCS/PIN/CSD.
- Meet BBBEE/PPG obligations and complete returnables (e.g., SBDs and pricing schedules).
- Attend the optional briefing (1 July 2026) and adhere to clarification timelines; respond by 20 July 2026 12:00.
- Be prepared to demonstrate relevant prior works and performance (Form E).

Conditions: 3.6.1 Bidders must be registered on the National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database (CSD) and have their tax matters in order prior to award of business. 3.6.2 Compliance with the latest circular of the gazetted labour rate for Contract cleaners, in accordance with section 6(2) of the National Minimum Wage Act, No. 9 of 2018.
