## Summary

#### Overview
**This RFP seeks the appointment of a panel of service providers to supply and deliver building materials on an as and when required basis for 36 months in the KwaZulu-Natal region.** Bidders should be experienced building-material suppliers or distributors with capacity to service PRASA, with CIDB registration, and BBBEE compliance.

#### Requirements
- CIDB registration (minimum contractor grade as specified in the RFP) and ability to meet scope of works.
- Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and tax compliance status (SARS PIN or Tax Compliance Status via TCS/E-Filing).
- BBBEE compliance: evidence for specific goals (e.g., Black Women Owned; EME/QSE 51% Black Owned; and/or B-BBEE Level) as outlined in the RFP.
- Evidence of prior related works and references (Form E) and ability to demonstrate delivering building-materials at scale.
- Compliance with bid terms (90-day validity; two-envelope submission format; compliance with GCC and PFMA/Procurement rules).
- If applicable, security/PSIRA requirements for security-related matters and any other regulatory prerequisites.
