**PRASA seeks to appoint a panel of service providers for the supply and delivery of various printing and branding requirements on an as-and-when-required basis for 36 months in the PRASA KwaZulu-Natal region.** Bidders should have printing/branding capabilities and be prepared to operate as a panel supplier across Category 1 Printing Services and Category 2 Branding Materials.

#### Requirements
- Compulsory briefing attendance and proof of attendance (Form D).
- Submission in two sealed envelopes: technical/compliance and financial/BBBEE (and originals plus copies; include electronic copy).
- Complete and submit all mandatory forms and returnable documents; JV/consortium details if applicable.
- Registration on National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database (CSD) and tax compliance (SARS PIN or TCS as applicable); CIDB CRS number.
- Evidence of capability: completed projects, track record, and 12-month cashflow statement meeting thresholds.
- Compliance with BBBEE and related procurement rules; correct pricing and completion of pricing schedules.
- Possible staged evaluation (Stage 1: returnables; Stage 2: technical threshold of 70/100; Stage 3: remaining mandatory documents; Stage 4: price with 80/20 preference).
