**Procurement of a service provider to design, layout, proofread, edit and print Integrated Annual Reports and Corporate Plans for PRASA over 3 years.** Suitable bidders are graphic design, editorial, proofreading and printing firms with proven ability to deliver multi‑year corporate reports and related materials, and to meet SA public procurement requirements (CSD registration, SARS tax compliance, SBDs and related forms).

#### Requirements
- Proven capability in design, layout, proofreading, editing and printing of annual reports and corporate plans.
- Compliance: tax (SARS Tax Compliance Status or PIN) and Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; adherence to POPI and confidentiality.
- Bid documents: complete and submit Form A, Form B, Form C, pricing schedule (Annexure C), and the Draft Contract (Annexure E); include Annex F Q&A and applicable SBD forms (e.g., SBD 4, SBD 6.1).
- If responding as a JV/consortium, provide signed JV agreement detailing percentage split and responsibilities.
- Ability to meet delivery, quality and confidentiality obligations as per the draft Service Level Agreement (Annex E).
